Getting Started With Carbucks

To receive Cashback on your purchases, shop at a Carbucks merchant partner with your credit card linked to your Carbucks account. Once you complete a transaction with in five (5)^ days , you will receive a notification in your Carbucks App confirming the Carbucks Cashback amount.

 

Each Carbucks merchant partner offer is either specifically online, in app or instore. Follow the Cashback offer prompts to complete your purchase. Carbucks Cashback is in addition to website applied discounts and first-time purchase offers but not valid in conjunction with any other cashback merchant partner offers.

 

  • In app offer – Access the merchant partners IN-APP OFFER via Carbucks App and complete your purchase.
  • In store offer – Shop INSTORE with our merchant partners, with your credit card linked to your Carbucks account.
  • Online offer – Complete your purchase on the Carbucks merchant partners ON-LINE STORE (either by the app or online as long as you make the payment using the credit card linked to the Carbucks App)

Carbucks cash back excludes voucher codes, gift cards, cash back and coupon deals and you are unable to claim the offer if you use a payment platform such as Afterpay, Zip or Paypal.

Our trained technicians are ready to help in more places, ensuring a fast response. We provide coverage for electric, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid cars, as well as petrol and diesel vehicles.

 

GENERAL COVER

 

  • Flat Battery – Jump start Vehicle.
  • Flat Tyre – Replace flat with spare.
  • Out of Fuel – Fuel supplied, or Vehicle transported depending on fuel type.
  • Lock Outs – Access Vehicle or replace key.
  • Towing (Breakdown) – FREE Towing up to 20km Metropolitan or 50km Rural service radius.
  • General Assistance – We can relay urgent messages and arrange for alternative transport.

End Of Plan

Customers with the 3-year Carbucks Subscription & Suttons Care Plan will have the option to renew at the end of the 3-year period.
